We all have some pet peeves, possibly a little bit judgmental when it comes to our own experiences of customer service. Let's face it, we all want to be treated well.

In this presentation, Lucinda will dive into the whys of our expectations... Do we show up the way we expect others?

Lucinda reminds us to be the following:

- Mentors to others

- Patient for the new folks

- Zero tolerant for not speaking up and speaking out

About Lucinda:

Lucinda started volunteering at age 12 and she has never stopped. The opportunity to occasionally speak pro bono is an honor. Lucinda started earning money for her speaking at 16 and has never stopped. She worked for the City of Scottsdale for 15 years before branching out to commission sales.

She genuinely enjoys connecting people with people. Lucinda has learned from listening. A long-time Toastmaster member, Lucinda is a Distinguished Toastmaster, a candidate member with NSA Arizona Chapter, the treasurer of her SGMP Arizona Chapter.

When she is not selling promo items Lucinda loves to travel and cook with her husband and walk half marathons around the USA with her running sisters. She enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, aspiring to be a guest on others' podcasts, while developing her own brand of speaking called "Customercentric"
